Congratulations on this beautiful journey you’re embarking on. As you prepare to welcome your little one into the world, it’s natural to have questions, uncertainties, and perhaps a touch of nerves. My goal as your birth doula specializing in HypnoBirthing is to provide you with unfaltering support, help you tap into your natural birthing instincts by teaching you relaxation and self-hypnosis techniques, and to be your friend every step of the way.

Birth is an extremely intimate moment and I don’t want to be a stranger in the room. In the weeks and months leading to your birth I hope to connect with you and provide guidance, but most importantly I’d love to develop a sisterhood with you. Together, we’ll navigate the twists and turns of pregnancy, labor, and early motherhood with confidence and grace.
