Official Hypno Birthing® Online Class
It’s sounds like a dream, but it’s completely possible.
The first step to achieving this is understanding how your mind and body work together in labor, and how fear, tension, and pain are all connected.
When you learn to release fear, trust your body, and stay in a calm, relaxed state, birth begins to unfold just as nature intended.
That’s what HypnoBirthing® is all about. It’s a complete childbirth program that gives you the tools to prepare emotionally, mentally, and physically for the birth you truly want.
HypnoBirthing isn’t about being hypnotized. It’s about becoming de-hypnotized from the cultural conditioning that tells us birth must be painful, scary, or traumatic.
Through simple, evidence-based techniques, HypnoBirthing helps you:
Release limiting beliefs about birth that may have been shaped by media, past experiences, or medicalized narratives
Replace fear with confidence by learning to work with your body, not against it
Disassociate pain from birth by creating new mental and physical associations rooted in calm, control, and trust
Understand the fear-tension-pain cycle and how to interrupt it using breathwork, visualization, and relaxation
Reclaim your natural birthing instincts, so your body can do what it was designed to do
Whether you’re preparing for your first birth or healing from a previous experience, HypnoBirthing empowers you to approach birth with knowledge, trust, and peace.
Are you a first-time mom, determined to experience birth on your own terms, without medication or unnecessary interventions?
Or maybe your last birth left you feeling disconnected, and this time, you’re craving something different. Something more peaceful. More powerful.
You want to feel informed, supported, and in control.
You want to trust your body.
You want to feel connected to your baby and your experience, from the first surge to the first cry.
That kind of birth is absolutely possible.
With the right support and the right tools, you can have a birth that is gentle, confident, and even joyful.
Over the course of five in-depth childbirth education classes, we’ll dive into both the science and the mindset of gentle, natural birth. Here’s what you’ll learn:
How your uterus actually works during labor, and why you don’t need to “push”
Why fear leads to pain, and how to break that cycle
The mind-body connection and how your thoughts affect your experience
Breathing techniques to stay relaxed, focused, and in control
How to use visualization, affirmations, and hypnosis for deep calm
Ways to release fear and anxiety so you can birth with confidence
How to bond with your baby before birth (yes, this matters!)
How to avoid unnecessary inductions and interventions
What your birth companion can do to support you (they’re not just watching)
Positions for comfort, progress, and an easier labor
What to do if labor stalls
Basics of breastfeeding and what to expect right after birth
All group classes meet from 2–4 PM Central via Zoom.

Don’t see a date that works for you? I also offer private sessions. Just reach out and we’ll find a time that fits your needs.
Most parents take the class sometime between 20–32 weeks of pregnancy, but it’s never too early or too late. What matters most is giving yourself time to absorb and practice the techniques. If you are approaching 38-40 weeks please reach and we can do an accelerated course for you.
That’s completely normal, and also really common! HypnoBirthing® uses light, guided hypnosis, which is simply a deep state of relaxation. You are always fully aware and in control. Think of it more like focused calm than anything mystical. Most parents find it incredibly grounding and reassuring.
Not at all. While many families who take HypnoBirthing® are planning for an unmedicated birth, the techniques can support any birth, including those with medical support. The goal is to help you feel calm, informed, and confident, no matter how your birth unfolds.
Yes, absolutely. In fact, it’s encouraged! Your birth companion will learn how to support you emotionally and physically during labor. They’ll leave feeling just as empowered and prepared as you do.
I also offer private sessions if you’d prefer a one-on-one setting or need a schedule that better fits your family’s needs. Just reach out and we’ll find a time that works for you.
